About · LIGHTHOUSE ELECTRIQUE INC.
A fixed point in bad weather.
Lighthouse Electrique is the practice of a licensed master electrician working across Greater Montreal since 2007. Homes first, and the commercial and industrial jobs most electricians will not touch.
The practice
Master electrician. Since 2007.
Every trade has two kinds of company: the ones built to win the estimate, and the ones built to stand behind the work. Lighthouse Electrique was built the second way. One master electrician's licence, one standard, applied to every job since 2007.
The bread and butter is residential: panels, wiring, lighting, heating, EV chargers, and the emergencies that do not wait for morning. Around that sits commercial and industrial work up to 25KV substations, three-phase distribution and machine controls. That range is not a boast. It is why a strange problem in your home rarely stays strange for long.
The method has never changed: diagnose first, explain it in plain language, give a firm price, then do the work to code. If a cheaper fix is safe, you hear about it. If a fix is not safe, it does not happen.
A client, on Facebook
"Noam was clear with the issue and worked hard to come to a cost effective solution where I feel some other electricians would have been quick to sell me on the idea of changing my panel at a significant cost to me."

Why a lighthouse
It doesn't chase. It stands.
A lighthouse has one job: be exactly where it says it is, visible in the worst conditions, so others stay safe. That felt like the right name for how electrical work should be done.
SAFETY. GUARANTEED. PERIOD.
Safety
Every job to the current code and the Z462 standard. The whole practice, not a feature of it.
Experience
Since 2007, across homes, commerce and industry. Few panels in Montreal we have not seen.
Transparency
Clear diagnosis, firm price before work starts. If something changes mid-job, you hear it first.
No shortcuts
If a fix is not safe, we do not do it. If a cheaper fix is safe, we tell you.
When you call, you reach the electrician.
Not a call center, not a dispatcher reading a script. Day or night, in English or in French.
