Who we are

LIGHTHOUSE ELECTRIQUE INC. ("Lighthouse Electrique", "we") is a licensed master electrician serving Greater Montreal. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. The framework we follow is Quebec's private sector privacy law, known as Law 25.

What we collect

• The callback form: your name, your phone number, the issue you select, and any message you add. Submitting the form sends that information by email to service@lighthouseelectrique.ca so we can call you back. Nothing else is attached to it.
• Calling or emailing us directly: as with any business, we see your phone number or email address so we can answer you.
• Advertising measurement: this site may use analytics and call tracking technologies to measure advertising, such as which pages are visited and which ads lead to a call. Their purpose is measurement, not building a profile of you.

Why we collect it

To call you back, answer your questions, schedule and do the work, and understand which of our advertising actually helps people find us. We do not sell or rent personal information. Not to anyone, not ever.

Who processes it

Our email provider delivers the form messages to our inbox. If analytics or call tracking tools are in use, their providers process limited data on our behalf. Each one processes only what it needs to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Only as long as it is useful for the purposes above: your contact details and job records for as long as we may reasonably need them to answer you and stand behind our work, and measurement data per the providers' standard retention settings. Where a law requires us to keep something longer, we do.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use. You can also block cookies in your browser at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to service@lighthouseelectrique.ca or call (514) 909-3773 and we will follow up.
