Why one contractor

One electrical contractor for the whole building

A dark house is an inconvenience. A dark building is payroll, spoiled stock, stopped production and a security system on battery. When something fails, that is not the moment to learn your electrician stops at residential panels.

Lighthouse Electrique has served commercial, industrial and institutional clients since 2007. From a service call on a single circuit to a 25KV substation, the rule does not change: an honest diagnosis, a firm price before work starts, a repair done to the current code.

Emergencies go through the same 24 hour line as our emergency electrician service. And if the building in question is your home, start with electrical repairs or a panel upgrade instead.

Call about your building

Planned shutdowns

Hydro line transfers and any work that needs a power cut are scheduled around your operating hours. The outage happens on the calendar, not by surprise.

Scheduled maintenance

Inspections and maintenance are part of the practice. A weakening connection found on a planned visit costs less than the same connection found during a shutdown. Ask about a maintenance schedule when you call.

Commercial questions

Do you do industrial work, or only commercial?

Both, plus institutions. Lighthouse Electrique serves offices, shopping malls, stores and bakeries on the commercial side, and manufacturers and producers on the industrial side. The same crew handles substations to 25KV, 3-phase distribution, PLCs and motor controls.

Can you handle high-voltage work?

Yes. We service substations up to 25KV and work from low to high voltage. Licensed master electricians (RBQ 8351-6120-43, CMEQ), with a CCQ certified crew trained to the Z462 electrical safety standard.

Do you offer maintenance for buildings?

Yes. Inspections and scheduled maintenance are part of the practice. A weakening connection found during a planned visit costs less than the same connection found during a shutdown. Ask about a maintenance schedule when you call.

Are you available outside business hours?

Yes. The line (514) 909-3773 is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Planned work that needs a power cut can be scheduled outside your operating hours.

November 2018
As a Real Estate Broker in the middle of a transaction, I met Noam during an inspection that required a master electrician's expertise. I saw how he took the time to assess the problems and explain the solutions to the client … so I figured I would try him out for a job I had at my house.
